Mood Board

We created a mood board by finding images from magazines that are relevant to our short film, helping to convey the concept and emotions involved. We decided to choose images which convey the 2 different paths that Lucas has the opportunity to take. Therefore, on the left side of the mood board we have images that connote the family orientated life, as we have pictures of a happy couple, a family with kids, an anniversary card and a wedding ring, all connoting love and happiness. On the right side of the mood board, we have chosen to use images that convey the other path that Lucas could live, which is a successful life, hence we have chosen images of a mansion, a posh car, a business man and him on his own, thus connoting wealth and success yet loneliness. We have also chosen to put the train in the middle of the page as it is an important feature of the film, as Lucas going to the train station on that day is where he experiences these flash forwards and where he has to make the life changing decision between which life to lead.
